ARE YOU READY FOR DAP? The ideal candidate:

  • For Social and Web Presence packages, the ideal candidate has established their social media platforms through Ignite, Getting Started, or on their own.

  • Social and Web Presence packages can be ideal for new agents to begin their digital marketing venture through consistent digital branding campaigns.

  • For Plus and Premium packages, the ideal candidate has at least one year in the business and has listed and sold at least one property successfully.

  • Has at least one listing (preferably two) at all times. These could be your listings or office listings - lead generation is heavily reliant on listings being provided. If listings are not provided by the agent, our ad campaign focuses will be on branding.

  • Has the financial ability to commit to at least six months. Marketing is a consistent effort to be successful and experience the greatest impact. Starting and stopping isn't effective.

  • Is proficient in the tools that help you farm leads (Local MLS, Moxi & Listings2Leads).

  • Will collaborate and effectively communicate with your Digital Marketing Specialist and engage the to create content specific to you, including your Unique Selling Proposition.

  • Be able to effectively nurture and develop the unqualified and unscrubbed lead opportunities that your Digital Marketing Specialist delivers to you.

  • Work the sales cycle from lead to prospect to client.

DAP IS:

50% focused on Brand Reputation (this is how YOU are viewed by the consumer digitally. Does the consumer trust in your brand and are they confident to do business with you?). This is where you work very closely with the Marketing Group Designers to build these assets! This is where your Unique Selling Proposition shines!

40% focused on marketing listings, solds, open houses, agent videos, local market stats, etc. This is the content you are responsible to deliver to your Digital Marketing Specialist.

10% focused on lead opportunities. When we are effective with the above two primary areas of focus, this is what generates lead opportunities - consumers that have expressed some type of interest in a home, selling a home, or learning more about you and what you and your brand have to offer. A lead is an unqualified consumer, which means you must be savvy in working these opportunities through the sales cycle to convert them to a prospect, which is a potential customer who has been qualified as fitting the criteria of an imminent buyer or seller.
